I've been to multiple seminars and have read plenty of books on Real Estate Investing and so far what I have seen here is very powerful and I luv this BP community :D I am interested in REO Wholesaling but I figure for me to get over the hump I would like to maybe joint venture or be mentored like one of the success stories I just read on here..lol :mrgreen: Other than that I am open to any ideals or comments that you may have to create another successful investor here on Bigger Pockets :wink:

I have property that is paid off, I don't really care about humping deals anymore, don't need to, but if you're in the game you might have a better use of cash, we can't really tell you that here from what you have said (and you can't say enough to get good advice about that off a RE site).
