Sounds to me like you’re commenting on how the quality of the course is without having seen it.  

@Eric MartinWelcome to BP,  this is a great place to learn and get information.I would echo @Matthew Becker comments.   

I have talked to tons of investors recently and everyone says the Zillows interface is the worst, but it is just a side comment and we keep going on to the next conversation. 

I was told that a ground-floor condo are better than a second floor condo ( If there's no elevator and Stairs are present).

I can’t comment on anything the wholesaler did to obtain the deal, that I’m not sure.

@Felipe SotoI will not comment on the program but what I will say trying to raise $ today is EXTREMELY challenging.

Central Ohio presents a lot of growth and is landlord friendly but highly recommend you do your own research and figure out what market you want to invest in. 

@John Keane A few comments:-If you aren't able to raise the funds from your closest friends and family it is unrealistic to believe you will be able to raise the money from anyone more distant to you.
