I would maybe try and find a real estate agent in the area that is familiar with working with investors if this thread doesn't pan out.

(again not really relying on this either because it has not happened yet but they are in talks).There are a few new hotel projects planned on the strip and if those pan out successfully I can see a lot more development in the future. (10 years from now).WYNN announced it will build a man made lake and a new tower.

I had a very positive experience with Art Poling when I took my post-licensing classes at Pan School of Real Estate.

The only reason the dollar isn’t in total free fall is that the rest of the word is in the toilet as well.

When you do your ride around, you can get a better judgement of which areas you wouldn' t mind residing in, should the numbers pan out.

I'm about 6 months out from acquiring my first investment property but am interested in seeing how the numbers pan out.

If this deal pans out like it does then it looks like a solid investment opportunity to me, you get to capture the increased value of the property as well as cash-flow positive while holding it.
