Hi Everyone,

My name is Tom Jeffries and I am an active real estate investor and commercial property appraiser in the Denver area. I currently own 2 cash flowing rentals and recently sold a property to another investor. I am actively pursuing deals with a couple partners and just made an offer on a 7-unit property in Lakewood, CO. I am interested in meeting other investors in the area as well as lenders and agents that specialize in multifamily. Thanks and I am happy to be part of this group!
