Hi All,

My name is Luke Badalaty, I work in pharma, and currently live in CC Philly. I went to school on the Main Line (ChemE major), work in KOP and live in Philly now, so I know the area pretty well. My goal in real estate is to build a stream of passive income through buy and hold rentals - getting started with the small multi FHA loan strategy, if possible.

I've been listening to the podcasts and poking around the blogs/forums for a while now, and just started reading many of the books frequently mentioned in the podcasts. I'm finally making my intro to the forums. I've absorbed enough knowledge to start taking action, but believe I need practice in many aspects of investing, particularly real estate analysis.

If anyone is investing in CC Philly or surrounding neighborhoods and would like help with "boots on the ground", let me know - I'd be happy to help for some experience.
