Dont have a ton of extra cash but some (100-200k)We did recently buy an acreage and plan on developing it into a storage shed unit. 

For example, you can build a shed without a permit.

I do not want to shed my money to a builder who makes 200k out of me as I myself want to be a builder.

Hello everyone,here today to see if anyone can shed some light on how to find a good CPA in New York City.

The house has a pool and what look like a shed used as a "cabana" (window AC unit), 2 dozen chairs, 6 or so umbrellas, and 3 porta-potties.

I am sure this has been covered many times in the past but you folks could shed light on which analytical data tool is better than the other and why that would help me decide to invest funds on the right tool.

Your RE agent friend can probably shed some light on this as I'm just going off of convos with friends who don't RE invest.

Maintenance issues - leaves, nuts/acorns, falling sticks (some trees shed more than others), etc.

But, to shed some light on the process, many states you can co online and form the LLC and you would just select forming a new LLC or registering an existing LLC as a foreign entity. 

Such as a locking shed for bikes and boats, a hanging rack for people to clean bikes with, etc.
