How to get started?

Be easy on me.  Just getting started in real estate investing.  Whats the best avenue to get into investing?  Short term? Flipping?  Dont have a ton of extra cash but some (100-200k)

We did recently buy an acreage and plan on developing it into a storage shed unit.  Any advice would be great.  Appreciate your time.
