One activity to look at taking inside the classroom would be Kiyosaki's CashFlow game.I'm teaching English out in Korea right now, but love talking the industry, if you ever are up for it. 

LL could be in Zimbabwe and speaks no English.

I'm a property manager in California and am taking on properties in an area where I may have non-english speaking tenants.

You would end up talking to some call center with people that didn't speak much English.

If you live in an area that has non-English-speaking tenantsIf you live in an area that has non-English-speaking tenants, especially Hispanics like where I live in California, and I can only imagine Arizona or New Mexico or Texas or New Orleans (I know Cajuns) in many parts of New York City,People that have English as 2nd language are very careful about their housing, they're more motivated than the average tenant to pay you on time.

I work with a broker who can quote me multiple providers and who can explain different kinds of coverage and why I need them in plain English.
