Investor Friendly Homeowner's Insurance

Hey everybody, I'm currently under contract and should be closing on a buy-and-hold in Phoenix, Arizona. First deal since joining the site!

Now, that I'm under contract I have a question to other buy and hold investors, how do you shop for homeowner's insurance? What company do use and our any investor friendly?

I'm looking for a company that would work well investors, specifically lower rates due to multiple houses being insured, easy management of multiple properties, and perhaps an umbrella policy for coverage above and beyond the norm.

Thanks, in advance.
