I am definitely going to add it and The Book on Flipping Houses to my library in the near future.As for seeing me around Greenville and Clemson, I'll be driving through Clemson every day this summer again for my internship in Seneca.

If you can then try $200, then $300.Take that money and save it for now while you figure out what direction you want to go and how you're going to get there.Save your money and use the public library to read the books mentioned in the podcasts. 

Reading books and blogs about real estate is great, but if reading books about real estate turned people into millionaires, then I guess the libraries should be filled with millionaires!

You can do (a) pure networking - typically good to have in a bar, ideally on a week night to have a quieter setting or (b) presenter and networking, then you need a private room - could a restaurant,or a conference room in a library or office building. 

We usually meet at the Groton Public Library, but our next meeting will be at East Lyme High School so we have more space. 

There are books in the library with more than enough information plus free info online.  

SZ did overhaul their template library which was a help but offrs started doing basic (although not as robust) direct mail postcard management too.

This site has much to offer - don't forget the library and bookstores also.
