Hello from Maryland

My name is Sonja and I am from the Baltimore, MD area. I actually live in Anne Arundel County, for those of you familiar with the area.

I have been excited about real estate for some time but finally got serious about it in March. I have read books and blogs, attended seminars and REIA meetings and am working on getting my first deal. I recently (8/09) became a realtor and am learning the busines from that perspective as well.

I'm excited about being on BP with so many investors who are actually making it happen all over the country. I look forward to creating some great connections and gaining valuable insight.
