I never could find one that did what I wanted (keeping track of dozens of lists with thousands of names each) without being needlessly complicated, but still robust enough to keep what I wanted to see in front of me......so I just built my own on Google sheets.But you should check out Streak.

Depending on the market And the upside  you may be able to get 10% per turn and a good investor will turn houses every 90 days so at the end of the year your $25k investment could grow to $33,275 but in the process you may get to see 3 flips through to completion and add those to your resume while having your money secured by realestate.
