Hello all! I am from WA State and am a seasoned investor in small multifamily and SF properties. I currently have about 50 doors to include 12 duplexes, two 8-plexes and some single families. I really want to start investing in some larger apartment buildings but I do not have the knowledge and relationships needed to move forward. I have hustle and resources but lack knowhow! Does anyone have any recommendations on how and where I can gain the knowledge and relationships needed to begin to pick up some apartment complexes?

I suggest you ask your local RE Club for references on who out there really has good quality info without the hype or their hand out always asking for more money to give you the 'real' info. Give REAPS a call or go to one of their meetings.
