I am looking for an affordable user-friendly CRM system.  Any recommendations?

I tested 10-12 CRM's before I finally ended up with Podio.

I used Streak for a while because it was free, but it is just not robust enough for a full CRM system.

I then moved all the data over to Pipeline Deals, which I really like, but lacked some perks of Podio.

My main draw to Podio was the "form to lead" and "email to lead" functions.

As a wholesaler, every lead that comes into my system, be it through email, phone call or webform or craislist, Podio autmatically create a lead (line item) with that information.  You can even set it so if someone leaves an voicemail that it creates a lead and attaches the voice recording to the lead, pretty cool!

For one user it is only $10/month.  If you are serious about getting a CRM, this is about as cheap as you will get.  We were paying $50/month for Pipeline Deals.
