VRBO says since I cancelled the reservation then I need to reimburse them because they were inside the window of no refund🤷‍♂️ I was confused and there was no way I was refunding money to someone that I never got money from in the first place but it all worked out, VRBO refunded them their money, and they are going to come next October when they rebook.
