@Drew Brock I've purchased many a property from auction.com and no, they aren't too bad but the bidding will likely run way up over the opening bid in most cases.

BUT, my day job (currently) is designing new homes, so before I bought them, I drew out a couple of possible floor plans to see if I could fit decent houses on these lots, and did!
