It just kind of seems like a rip off to me, I mean two individuals in two one bedroom apartments aren't going to be putting out more trash than the family next door with two adults and three kids, yet we get charged double the amount ($49 per unit)?

It would be lower but we advertise with our criteria and charge $30 per adult to apply (credit and criminal checks via service, we call the employer and current LL, we do a quick social media check, and sometimes we go to their current residence).If your numbers are similar to my experience, you may only have a couple qualified candidates.Good luck

I would check with courses in our local community college (Wake Tech in my area) for 'adult education' classes that pertain to subjects/departments like 'real estate' or 'real estate development'.

I'd add that whenever I rent to more that one adult, I name the strongest applicant as the primary, to stay and make decisions in the event they no longer want to live together.
