That is the way The Villages in FL has been described. Are any BP members or their relatives or friends residents? Wifey and I are down here looking for a new place and would love to talk to experienced folks about it. I feel like a kid in the candy store! Free golf for LIFE and HOA of $145 per month. All the free softball, pickleball, swimming etc and magnificent venues. 50,000 golf carts in the community, 140 pickleball courts over 100 pools, etc, etc,etc. I'd love some input before pulling the trigger this week.

Oh, btw, in the last 6 months The Villages sold 5348 homes or almost 20 per day. There is no economic slowdown here. Thanks. Rich
