I'm an Adjunct Professor but I would like to supplement my income with RE investing.

One downside is it's not so great with taxes (reconciliation + depreciation) and I supplement with an accountant who uses quickbooks. 

I’ve been flipping cars for profit for over 10 years, and it’s been a great source of supplemental income.

The HOA policy is walls-in coverage so I am looking for liability coverage to supplement that.

I'm interested in supplementing my income with real estate. 

I'd like to supplement my current income, because I have two boys in college and another on deck.I'd like to network, learn, and work towards a second career, after I hang up my bunker gear.I don't have any experience in real estate, besides buying my own residences (and building a spec house).

My main goal is to get started in real estate investing as soon as possible, however I am also looking for a career to begin building on for both primary income and as means of acquiring as much knowledge as possible ...

I am more focused on flipping right now with supplementing my portfolio with cash flow properties. 

Our long term goal is to be able to supplement our income using rental properties.

LIQUIDITY EVENT: Good segway here, but depending on the deal, some investors can receive a good chunk of their principal during a REFi or Supplemental Loan event.
