property management software
Do any of our BP community landlords have experience with different property management softwares? e.g. buildium, true rent, etc. I was hoping I could get some reviews for some.

I use Buildium to manage a 40 unit and growing portfolio. I evaluated other options but Buildium provided the most bang for your buck (may have changed now as it did get more expensive). One downside is it's not so great with taxes (reconciliation + depreciation) and I supplement with an accountant who uses quickbooks.
