Hi everyone!!  Short and sweet:

• My name is George, and I'm a soon-to-be retired fireman
• I grew up in Chicago, and moved to Arizona in 1984. 
• I'd like to supplement my current income, because I have two boys in college and another on deck.
• I'd like to network, learn, and work towards a second career, after I hang up my bunker gear.
• I don't have any experience in real estate, besides buying my own residences (and building a spec house).
