I have been saying this for years.What you are doing is blanked mailing people based on some fake criteria that has nothing to do with motivation, and you are fishing for the exceptions.Dudes, seriously... if you want to get ahead in this game you got to think smart!

I also have Michael Blank's book, but I haven't read that yet.  

(To be fair, we just ended up staring an STR management company so that we could still take advantage of those profits, but also grow the company so that I can eventually be pretty hands off with it)
