Michael Blank's Mentoring Program
Hi, My name Joel, I am based out of Miami, FL. I am posting on here this morning in searching for a partner who might be interested in entering Michael Blank's mentoring program together to close our first multi unit apartment deal together. My plan was we go 50/50 on the program ($15k each), have each other as contacts and still reap all the benefits of his program while lessening the hit we would take financially. During the getting started zoom call I asked if this approach was okay, I was told the mentors wouldn't mind at all, we just had to be on our calls with our mentor together at the same time every time.
I know it's still a hefty amount to invest but from my research I think we have a lot to gain here. Mainly because we're obtaining an additional resource (ourselves) which can make closing our first deal potentially happen sooner than we think. We can go more into detail on this and how we might be a good fit together on our calls before joining venture. If you haven't read Michael's book I highly recommend it.
I am looking forward to getting started and hopefully I'll find someone on here that makes a great partner who I can share some of that experience with. I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on the program or any advice you'd like to share.
Thank you!
