brand new investor in Houston Tx looking to start wholesaling some deals ive been driving for dollars and seen some pretty good prospects i havent mailed out my postcards to the home owners yet but its in the process im actually looking to build my buyers list you know just to stay ahead of the curve also is there any agents out there that can help me bid on the mls ?

I'm guessing the direct mail market is probably getting fairly saturated as well based on the number of post cards I get in the mail every month.

What service you used, costs, and message on postcard or letter?

Some title companies also paid for the post cards and the postage. 

As time passes these people stop building and servicing there portfolio and your neededs could really help them.Consider printing small post cards that simply state your wish to obtain seller finance units.  

Prior to this discovery one of my friends was scanning every postcard he had returned and sending it to his VA to manually enter the names into a list so they could avoid mailing them in the future.
