Click2Mail allows you to download a .csv of all returned mailers

I found this on accident the other day and it blew my mind. I asked a few of my friends/peer group if they knew about this and none of them did.

If you send a mailer through Click2Mail, you can download a tracking report with the address, status, delivery date, etc. This lets you get an easy list of every piece of returned mail!

Prior to this discovery one of my friends was scanning every postcard he had returned and sending it to his VA to manually enter the names into a list so they could avoid mailing them in the future. I was just ignoring my returned mail and then mailing them again and therefore wasting money (I figured the $/per hour to catalog and remove the names would not pay off).

To see the list, go to "my account" -> my projects -> select a project -> use the pulldown menu to select "view tracking" then download the .csv.  That is it!

As far as I know no other site has this information, but I could be wrong and they all do. If anyone knows if yellowletters.com / other sites have this feature please share how to find the information.

I hope this excites you guys/girls as much as it excited the people I have told so far. (I found it at 11:30pm last Friday and almost called my buddy who scans the postcards right then hah)

PS I hope this post does not break any rules. I do not work for click2mail, get a discount from them, or even get responses from their tech support half the time!!
