Responsible leverage takes a small fry from a nobody to a pain in the side of the big boys.

I'd also like to say thanks to you Mark Fries for encouraging the Go Getter, which I most definitely am.

It all has to fit together where the answers, the team, the culture (@Larry Fried   that is a great point that is so important), the neighborhoods (like @Dean Letfus pointed out), the properties themselves all have to be congruent.

@Krista Mcknight I purchased 12x18 yellow blank plastic signs from dirtcheapsigns.com.

There are requirements that some debris must be in approved containers under the supervision of licensed contractors (even in the approved container is two plastic trash bags in a cardboard box with taped seals).If you have a house/structure to get rid of out in a rural area, your local fire department may solve most of your problem with a training exercise burning it down.

What my fried did was take this concept and charged more rent by paying for utilities (water, gas, power) also he furnished his houses with beds and dressers.    

I'm not sure though, if the reason you want to witness my courtroom drama is to see if you are right with your assessment and disagree with my perspective, or just want to see me squirm and wallow as the judge fry's me as I'm overly confident in the case??

No weed barrier/fabric or plastic will stop them, so have the rocks "fluffed up" and get some pre-emergent weed killer sprayed twice a year to keep them in line.
