Septic: To Avoid or Not to Avoid?
Hi - My husband and I are on the hunt for a buy and hold properties, and Im curious if anyone has a general rule of thumb or quick tip regarding septic systems. My initial reaction is to avoid them at all costs, but that's only bc I haven't educated myself enough yet. A few initial gems I've found are in locations that are away from a public water line. Am I looking at a generally higher maintenance fee to factor in?
Thanks!
Becca
