First Time at REIA meeting
Hi, Guys this coming Thursday will be my fist time attending an REIA meeting. That's if I go... I'm excited about the fact there will be a room full of valuable information and years of experience. Where as I am a newborn to the real estate world. I've been in Law enforcement for the past 5yrs. I recently decided to dive deep for knowledge about wholesaling. This being the case, I have hopes of gathering or should I say developing relationships with as many investors as possible. Not to mention I'd love to lynk up with some wholesalers as well to pick their brains when the opportunity presents itself. I'm sure most our in depth conversations would serve me best if they took place at a later date over coffee or something. I have a few questions I you guys can help me with... 1. Should I wait until my business cards come in? 2. What is my best approach on this quest for knowledge? I really don't want to seem like the odd guy in the room. You know "The New Guy?!"... But I guess I would without business cards huh?

Definitely don’t have to wait for business cards.
Thanks for the encouragement.
Definitely attend so you can get a feel of what's going on. You can ask for other investor's cards (2) and then write your information on the back and return.
With this being another chapter in your life your bound to get the jitters. Enjoy the journey and reap the rewards...
Good luck...
Thanks Mark!
