Hey I am really getting stuck in the analysis paralysis,  I am in between investing in turnkey property in indy or kansas city, or starting out in land investing and diving in their.Looking for a little guidance my worry about investing in indy or Kansas city is that their are so many investors their I could see the value going down if rental areas start to get neglected.Is land investing still viable right now seems as the supply has dried up and it is becoming overrun with seller financing investors already.

I was thinking of  being a bird dog because I was in the process of writing my business plan for my future real-estate investing business in which I build my rental portfolio( empire) and it finally dawned on me that before I start my new venture I need a good foundation and then build on it.
