Advice for a New Investor in the Denver area

Hello all,

I'm newer to the BP community located in the Denver, Thornton area. I'm currently a student at MSU Denver with about a year left to crank out. I'm just curious to see what's working for you as investors in Denver's hot market? I'm working at North Valley Bank in Thornton as a loan assistant. I don't have too great of an income but still very fortunate to do what I do as a student and very thankful. I currently rent at an apartment for $1400/mo which is a bruiser. Just looking for advice in terms of where I might be able to begin. Strategies, location, should I try to partner up with someone to kick start the process, anything would be valuable to me. Of course, finding a mentor would be fantastic. I still have lots to learn and am very excited too. I'm just looking ahead a little bit and am very appreciative of anyone's advice.

Thank you!

Elliott
