Don't pressure them in the videos, but by the third video give them a reason to call for the no obligation assessment of their particular situation.In 3 days you'll have more of a relationship with them than any other home buyer.Again, I don't buy homes and 3 days may be too long, but the idea is to get them to contact you for information so that you can build trust in short period of time.I'm not offended by anyone else striking these ideas down or improving them.

However, interestingly enough, as per Fannie guidelines such cash from a cash-out refi is, for the purpose of reserve funds, not accepted:https://www.fanniemae.com/content/guide/selling/b3...Without having thought about it much this doesn't strike me as logical but I don't know the rules of a cash-out refi so I'm probably missing something.

It does strike me as odd that the bank would be okay with the only personal guarantees coming from people who don't have the money to put in.
