I created the Affidavit for myself to show the causes for "service" and complete the foreclosure of the tax sale property.With everything signed, witnessed & notarized I proceeded to have all paperwork filed (recorded) at County Courthouse where properties are located.

Nos. 353750, 354269 and 357113, which said Declaration covers the following described property situated in the County of Scott and State of Minnesota, to-wit: Unit No. 2703, CIC Number 1024, Prairie Bend, a Condominium, located in Scott County, Minnesota.

. - Notary witnessed too (I'm winging it here!).

I have witnessed at least 2 other units with severe water damage because of the plumbing in common areas.

He has now mentioned that he wants to get back into the real estate game, and buy more properties later this year, which he agreed to have me come along to witness first hand how the whole process takes place.

I would make sure 2 or more people go in at once so that there is a witness given the nature of this tenant.
