These travelling workers are contractors, the guys you see working on the large upright structures of steel at a petrochemical refinery and nitrogen fertilizer plant.

@Vincent Plant you're missing a few things.... 1 is holding costs.

By using solar lights for street lights, solar leasing for owners instead of only grid energy, using under ground water to water plants etc.

I never actually used it or anything, and whether or not it's a gimmick; I didn't care because in my opinion, it planted the seed for the future.

WE would get a date down on the phone from our title plant.. of course not a full title report.. but frankly out west we dont run into the same issues.. there are not all these utls liens etc. there can be code violations but we usually negotiate those after the fact.. 

Then go to a home goods store and charge about $1000 of staging decorations—pillows, Knick-knacks, fake flowers and plants, throw blankets.

If the land is surrounded by "heavy industrial plants," you may not be able to build new residential there.
