She has called the town about two small repairs a stain in the ceiling and replacing a light.

I remember a time when we had a nice condo in the suburbs with very nice berber carpet that had a stain near the entryway.

They are somewhat hard but when poked they do become wet.. it isn’t a few bubbles it’s a lot in all the rooms and I’m thinking it’s due to too much stain.
