Bubbles after refinishing hardwood floors?

    Hi all,

I recently had a guy refinish hardwood floors for me. I originally hired him to paint but he said he had done hardwood many times. I decided I didn’t have time and purchased supplies for him to complete the job. In between the cracks I’m finding bubbles. They are somewhat hard but when poked they do become wet.. it isn’t a few bubbles it’s a lot in all the rooms and I’m thinking it’s due to too much stain. Has anyone had this problem? Im thinking maybe it could be buffed out then sealed again? Really not wanting to strip and start over. Thank you!
