If not for that you couldn't study for a vocation or profession and you certainly wouldn't succeed or attain your goals.

And let me clarify that I am well aware that most, if not all of this information can be attained through these forums.

The good news I think attaining the money, especially at your age is a doable thing.  

I'm currently attaining a Masters in Counseling - think academic, not mental health.

So these 6 properties have $4,765 coming in per month- I wouldn't be interested in paying any more than $315k- this should be attainable, especially since you're investing in the midwest. 

Have my mind set on making some decisions to attain bigger pockets.

I read through most of the book provided online as well and it's definitely a lot of great information but again would still like some guidance on the best place to start....Would definiltey appreciate any advice anybody can give, I want practical and attainable tips to get my feet wet.

Hi everyone,My name is Paul Harvey, no joke, and I'm from upstate Washington in the hot pursuit of attaining my dreams.I'm currently halfway around the world and have finally pulled the trigger on buying a house back home with cash only, as an investment.  

It's nothing lofty, but I believe it is rather attainable, even having small children like I do.Based on what I've read, wholesaling makes the most sense for someone in my position, starting out with fairly limited time and money.

Growing up I have always wanted to travel and have yet to leave North America and am hoping that through investing I can attain these new opportunities.
