Hello, BiggerPockets real estate community! My name is Nathaniel Elliott. You can call me Nate. I'm from Chillicothe, OH (South Central Ohio, @ 40 miles due south of Columbus). I'm a full-time freight broker, and I'm looking to begin investing in real estate part-time.

I've been interested in real estate for a while, but only recently did I begin to start digging in to learn about it. My goal is to execute my first wholesale deal before my next birthday, October 3, 2016. It's nothing lofty, but I believe it is rather attainable, even having small children like I do.

Based on what I've read, wholesaling makes the most sense for someone in my position, starting out with fairly limited time and money. I do, however, look forward to rehabbing in the future (as I enjoy the process of home improvement) once I've gotten my feet wet. So, for now, I'm looking to learn and network as I prepare myself to begin seeking/making deals.

I look forward to being a part of this community and learning from/about one another!

Cheers!

-Nate
