You could invest in Propstream, Propelio D4$ app, and an Investor Carrot site for a total of ~$225 which will save you a lot of time and generate some leads through SEO (via Investor Carrot Site).

Sourced it from digital marketing (he came to our site via SEO).I paid $45k for it and sold it for $225k within 4 months purchase to close. 

@Tyler Santos  I think website has more upside because (a) in your outreach marketing you can ask people to go to your landing page if they want to stay in touch, and (b) if you can build good keyword content on a website related to your market/activities, you can get daily traffic from Google search (SEO). 

I can't decide between the DMM or SEO routes, and frankly, I can't afford either one of them.

I'm a big fan, of SEO and Carrot, and you should definitely do that. 

Some information about where we are at;We currently have 2 triple line Mojo Dialers - with four part time in-house cold callers (16 hours of calling done per day) I launched Carrot Premium, thinking about their SEO service to really nail down the website.

I am a RE investor in DFW and have developed a system for off market deals through SEO.

But they can, without lying, target their SEO etc at the word. - The comparison isn't apples to apples.

When all these ridiculous SEO "experts" will tell you to go check keyword volume and keyword this and that...
