Current RE Industry Pain Points?

Hi BP Community,

My brother and I are currently putting property acquisitions on hold right now as we try to build our reserves and find really good deals in this current environment. So, we have a bit more time on our hands to start thinking on a bigger scale about what verticals we can create for ourselves that are related to investing and will add more value for our partners.

Therefore, I'd love to get the feedback of this fine community of what your current pain points are as a/an:

1. Investor

2. Agent

3. Wholesaler

4. Contractor

5. Escrow Officer

6. Handyman/woman

7. Lender

8. Landlord

Is there a part of your business that is a consistent hurdle? Is there a wrench in your machine that you haven't been able to wedge out? It can be as specific or broad as you'd like.

Any feedback, comments, and questions would be greatly appreciated. We have always learned so much from this community, and we consistently find that when we go to individuals who know more than us, we come out of it a better investor and a better entrepreneur.

We already can't thank you enough!
