I know Gov Sununu wasn't a fan when it was hotly debated last year and given all the talk around a presidential run I doubt he'd be spending much time thinking about it now. 

I'm a big fan of newer investors pursuing distressed vacant properties for a litany of reasons.

I'm a huge fan of Quest Trust Company. 

One HVAC was replaced and second one had fan motor replaced. 

I'm not a fan of markets where laws are difficult for landlords.

I would try and get them some fans or portable unit.

I have always been a fan of doing it the right way, guess i wanted to build a business from the start and not a hobby. :)

I keep my house at 65 deg all year long if you throw in some humidity then it can get to 68-69 deg I live in Oklahoma and it gets over 105 on a reg. if the house is insulated good and sealed up it helps a lot with energy consumption and if the ducting is done well good airflow, also if needed add a few fans to move the air more helps with cooling. 

Hi Jaden,I'm not a fan of hybrid turnkey models like the companies you mention.Also, not a fan of many turnkey marketing companies.Granted, I'm bias but if anyone is interested in turnkey just go straight to the provider.Not many around these days anymore and the one's that are, have stood the test of time and are obviously solid.I think it's less riskier nowadays to invest in turnkey properties than before because all of the poor providers have disappeared and only the good one's are still around.Plus, seems like the "hands off" and so beloved syndications are going belly up so turnkey might be in fashion again.And no big deal IMO that turnkey is not completely "hands off".Is anything completely passive other than 30yr Treasury Bonds?

I thought of doing a Bucs theme in a house near the stadium, but most Bucs fans already live here and would turn off opposing teams fans who largely would be my target audience.
