Hi, I am in the middle of doing an interest rate reduction on my homestead (VA Loan) through Navy Federal CU.

no current income to report but i have decent credit (690+) and have had my company since 2019. i just created a DUNS number, and have a business credit card with capital one with a credit limit of $2000 and have an experian business risk grade of B according to NAV (NAV is like a credit karma for your business from what i understand). im trying to get this funding to jumpstart my fix and flip business any and all help is greatly appreciated thanks!

The navy lifted restrictions on tattoos because roughly 1/3 of people eligible to join have body modification of some kind, and they realized if they immedialty discounted a third of the population, you mathematically prevent yourself from finding all possible top candidates.

So I'm having no luck with the following banks:  Wells Fargo, Navy Federal, TD Ameritrade, and Bank of Colorado. 

I was in the Navy for 4 years and love to see other military personal/ vets investing.

My husband and I are here as he is on Military Duty for the Navy.  

A super on-trend color that would translate beautifully and would split the difference is to do the siding in a deep blue, almost navy.
