Networking in New Jersey

Good morning

I am currently living in south Jersey and really want to get this real estate investing going. I want to network and get all I can do that I can be as successful as so many I see on here. I am a navy veteran that owns a home currently with my beautiful family. I’m looking to flip and rent but spinning on what to do and get things started.
