Rio Grande Valley New Member Introduction

Hello BP,

I am technically not a new member in that I joined in 2017 but life took over from then to about 2020...then COVID took over and since then I have been hitting the education hard over the past year. I am a PRO member now so I committed to that. I live in McAllen, Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. I am really hoping to connect with other local investors in the meet up and get the ball rolling on my investments. I want to start out with 4plexes if I can but I eventually want to scale up. I have an LLC in place, a little cash saved up, and a HELOC in progress. The only thing left is to take the plunge and get out there and meet some of you!

I look forward to deep diving into the tools here, reading your posts, asking questions, and connecting with you soon. 

I am a husband, father of 2 little girls, a US Navy Submarine Veteran, and I have a Masters in Healthcare Administration. I am ready to add REI to that list. Thank you in advance for any time or wisdom you share with me and I hope to add value to you as well.
