Please address this promptly as I am exposed to a lot of potential losses if the money I spent was not properly applied. 

Just make sure they are local, experienced in what you do, and trustworthy people that will return your phone calls promptly.  

A nice neighberhood is probably more important than the houses.Find/Get a local Team of professionals that are willing to help you, have experience in what you are doing, and know the market area you select, and will return your phone calls promptly.  

Anytime there is an issue, they are prompt with informing me and handling it appropriately! 

The idea is to prompt guests to give you a 5 star review.

Reach out if you are looking for a property manager, we also offer renovation services but purely as part of our management...if my business has any weakness currently it’s providing prompt bids for rehab for overly damaged properties for new owners :)

So did a weak home-sales market, as tight supply may have prompted more renters to put off buying.

Don't be put thru an elaborate command prompt to reach someone.
