Therefore if we didn't mesh or I disagreed with their character or principles then we would naturally distance ourselves with no harm no foul.I can tell you I have gotten into mentoring simply by folks like yourself seeking me out, obviously in my area. 

That said, if these are local leads go meet with them in person, that will help a lot with putting them at ease that you really are looking to help them not just some shady character on the net trying to steal their house.If they have a realtor the realtor will do everything they can to talk them out of selling to you. #1 because the realtor thinks they're not going to get paid.

I consider the "coaching" to be the icing, Michael has massive experience and it's good to get questions answered because you can always learn more yet I don't need my hand held either.there are a lot of disgustingly over priced coaching programs or franchises offered by people of questionable character.  

It's very possible for someone to be honest, act with integrity, have good character and be misinformed and do something they may see as perfectly acceptable, so I'm not attacking on that front at all. 

Seriously though I think your point may be that the real estate industry tends to attract people looking to make a quick fortune who are often of low moral character?  

He lacks character and integrity and could care less about you.
