Now things are great but if I hadn't had the capitol available to me, as a beginner, generally, doesn't, it would have crushed me and I would have thought twice about REI going forward.This is a long term play, it's ok to take your time and do the things necessary to stack the odds in your favor.

In the strategic sense...lower return deals in the initial stages could reduce my compounding into other deals in the future and crush me later.In a separate topic, I was calculating the effect of a 1% fee on my 401K and found that over 30 years...that equates to 30% lower returns in the end.
