It gets ice and snow in the winter but overall no storms with names,  floods or earthquakes.  

All you can do is watch the ice floe move back and forth.So we are trying to get some transient workers, like visiting practitioners who do job share at the hospital.

One of the biggies is the garbage disposal and the ice maker in the refrigerator.Apparently, renters will put anything down a disposal, and those only handle so much before breaking.

probably worth the cost of hiring or at least talking to mold specialists.I did see a TV show that was media blasting using dry ice,,seemed to work well,,,as they all do on TV!!!
