I would make sure when your up there you open up all the windows and don't stay up there long. its best to have someone by the door just in case you pass out, they can pull your body out.

I was emailing with a REI marketing company today when my wife and biz partner (@Elizabeth Wilson) threw out the not practical but crazy idea of "live bandit signs" where we hire beautiful and buff people to body paint with our "we buy houses" logo and have them walk around busy intersections in Memphis.Obviously we aren't going to do this, but it did get me thinking about other ways we could market that takes current ideas and tweak them in unusual ways.

So there is a governing body in place for investors to turn already. 

Materials are replaceable, body parts not as much.

I guess the only downside might be there is a governing body to answer to if you plan on doing business sketchy and unethically.

He also can't sell it now because of the 12 month redemption right unless someone buys it subject to, though that is not his intention anyway.So I know other US bodies will waive their right to redemption for a third party buyer in an arms length transaction, but I can't figure out who to contact.
