Foreclosures- surviving liens and a HUD question
Are there any foreclosure lawyers on here? Or maybe someone that works in the sheriff's office or a county clerk? I am interested particularly in NJ, but anywhere might be helpful.
I have 2 questions- 1 about survival of liens and 1 about HUD right of redemption that no one in my office can answer and plaintiff's counsel is useless. I know these are pretty specialized areas of the law, but any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
