So no Board, nothing to manage except State law...the organization docs for the HOA should have identified when the developer maintained control, the terms for it to be turned over and at turnover you would establish a legislative body which would be the Board...

An auto body shop across the street that "stores" cars needing work there.Since abandoning the home, major landscaping would also be needed to clean up the walkway to the water.

Most of the ultra wealthy individuals sacrifice a lot to obtain their wealth, and I won’t make those same sacrifices.Similarly, I don’t desire to have 5% body fat because I don’t want to put in the effort required for it.I understand that ultra wealthy is subjective, but the main point stands. 

Not worth it to me.In my area if the pool has a powered safety cover that can hold body weight, then a barrier fence is not required.

Lol, every single time I've decided to do the painting myself........about halfway through I am regretting it big time......my body hurts, it's mind-numbingly boring (I think that's why painters have the drinking/druggie reputation... :-)

Unless they are cooking meth in a room they don’t want you to see or find the body in the freezer.
